This is a short policy for a US digital product. It is not legal advice.

What this site does

We sell one digital product: a guidebook and printable logs delivered as an instant download. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy (or the checkout provider named on the page).

Information we collect

  • Purchase and delivery: name, email, payment confirmation, and the files we send you. We use this to deliver the download, answer support mail, and process refunds.
  • Checkout provider: card or wallet details are handled by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
  • Optional email from the landing page: if we later collect an email before purchase, we use it to send the product-related messages you signed up for. We do not sell that list.
  • Basic site logs: standard hosting logs (IP, browser, pages viewed) for security and to keep the page working. If we run Meta Pixel or similar ads tools, those tools may collect device and event data as described in their policies.

How we use it

To deliver the product, process $37 USD payments and refunds, answer email at [email protected], fix problems, and (only if you opt in later) send product emails. We do not sell personal information.

Who else sees it

  • Lemon Squeezy (payments, tax, payouts)
  • Email or hosting tools we use to send the download and store the site
  • Ads platforms (for example Meta) if a pixel is installed, for measuring ViewContent, InitiateCheckout, and Purchase events

We do not sell your email to list brokers.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept as long as we need them for refunds, bookkeeping, and tax. You can ask us to delete marketing-only email. We may keep a minimal purchase record where the law requires it.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to ask what we have, to correct it, or to request deletion of marketing contacts. California and other US state privacy laws may give you extra rights (access, deletion, non-discrimination). We will not charge you extra or refuse the product because you used those rights.

If you are in the EEA/UK and we ever sell to you there, contact us and we will treat the request under that law as well. This policy is written for a US-first shop.

Children

This product is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change. Material changes will be posted on this page.
