Refund Policy
This is a short policy for a US digital download. It is not legal advice.
The promise
If you didn't find The 14-Day Puppy House Plan useful, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the $37 USD.
We do not require a speech, a screenshot of every page, or a claim that the puppy is or isn't house-trained. Say you want the refund and include the email you used at checkout.
How to ask
- Email [email protected] within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Include the order email and, if you have it, the Lemon Squeezy receipt.
- We refund through the original payment method when the processor allows it.
Files after a refund
This is a digital product. You may still have the files on your device after a refund. We still honor the refund. We ask that you stop using the materials if we have refunded you. We do not run forensic checks on your laptop.
What this refund is not
- It is not a guarantee that a puppy will be fully house-trained in 14 days. We do not sell that outcome.
- It is not a veterinary or training-result warranty.
- Chargebacks: if something is wrong, write us first. We would rather refund than fight a valid request.
After 14 days
Requests after day 14 are considered case by case (duplicate charge, file never arrived). Email [email protected]. We are not required to refund a completed download after the window, but we will read the note.
